“Here at LMI we have a very dedicated and focused work force, although I still manage to get a belly rub every once in a while! I love coming into the office as the guys are good fun to work with and there is a great atmosphere.

Chad is always very busy he’s always on the phone, if he’s not on site he’s in the office organising projects and meeting people. He has 13 years experience in the construction industry, starting initially on site and progressing to eventually starting his own company LMI in 2016.

Kevin does most of the estimating, he organises materials and looks after the quality assurance side of projects. I like Kevin as he gives the best bum scratches and takes care of me when Chads away.

Peter is the money man, he keeps on top of all the financial elements of the business. He looks after everything from invoicing to pay roll. Pete’s great as he takes me out for walks when I winge in the office!

The Contracts Manager Sean is really tall, his role is to review contracts and keep clients updated on project schedules, he also deals with the site guys regularly and looks after project claims. In his spare time Sean likes to swim although he hasn’t taken me with him yet, I can’t wait to show him my Doggy Paddle!
